Treatments may be covered by extended health care plans. I understand that it is my responsibility to confirm the exact details of my coverage.
A credit card is now required on file to hold your scheduled appointment. When booking online you will be asked to input a credit card before you can schedule the appointment. The card WILL NOT be charged when scheduling online. Those that schedule in office will be required to have a credit card on file via our secure Square system. If the client fails to comply with Cancellation/No Show policies below, then the credit card will be charged.
We understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life and we are happy to honor your business as follows. If there are any health issues present at the time of your scheduled massage that might make massage a bad idea, please contact us BEFORE arriving for your massage. 24-hours advance notice is required when cancelling an appointment. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment. If you are unable to give 24-hour advance notice you will be charged the full amount of your appointment via credit card on file.
No Shows/Late Cancellations
Anyone who fails to show up for a scheduled massage appointment and does not provide cancellation notice, will be considered a no-show and will be charged the full amount for the missed appointment via credit card on file. Payment must be received prior to scheduling your next appointment.
Out of respect and consideration to your therapist and other customers, please plan accordingly and be on time. If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Depending upon how late you arrive, your therapist will determine if there is enough time remaining to start a treatment. Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible for the full session.
Gift Certificates/ Packages
Anyone who is using a gift certificate or pre-paid package for their session, and either “no-shows” or “late cancels” for their appointment, they will be charged that gift certificate or pre-paid session.
Pending COVID-19 Test Results
Anyone with a pending COVID-19 test result will be asked to cancel/reschedule their appointment until the test results have come back.
At Functional Bodywork Therapy, LLC when/if a price increase for any service occurs, the increase will be effective on the specified date that Functional Bodywork Therapy, LLC has determined. Clients will be given at least 1 months notice of the price increase. Clients will be made aware of the price increase via email correspondence, and postings within the office. When price increase goes into effect on the specified date, prices of all currently booked sessions, and future sessions will increase on the effective price increase date.
