Payments
A credit card is required at booking to secure all appointments. Your card will not be charged upon scheduling. You will have the opportunity to use another method of payment at checkout after your service.
Discounts
We offer a $10 discount for past and present military, fire, police, and EMS. New Clients receive $10 off their first appointment.
Booking Cancellations
24 hour advance notice is required. Any appointments cancelled within 24 hours of their scheduled time will be charged the full amount. If there are any health issues present the day of your appointment like a fever, flu, sickness, please contact us BEFORE arriving for your massage.
No Shows/Cancellations
Anyone who fails to show for their scheduled appointment will be considered a “no-show” and will be charged the full amount of the appointment via credit card on file. No future appointments will be permitted until this has been paid.
Late Arrivals
Out of respect to your therapist and other customers, if you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate following appointments. Your therapist will also determine if there is enough time remaining to start a treatment. Regardless of the actual length of the treatment provided, you will be responsible for the “full” session.
Gift Cards and Packages
All gift certificate sales are final. We do not offer refunds on unused gift certificates. You can check gift card balances or purchase a new gift card. Anyone who is using a gift certificate or pre-paid package for their session, and “no-shows” or “late cancels” for their appointment, will be charged using that gift certificate or pre-paid session.
